How to Create a Group

You must enter the group management page to add groups by different categories. Follow the steps below to create a new group:

1. Click Groups & Tags , then select Setting.

2. Choose one of the following categories to create a new group:

   1. Location — Group devices by their location.

   2. Group — Create fully customized groups based on your needs.

   3. Tag — Default tags use device models, but you can create custom ones.

By switching the group categories, you can view the existing groups accordingly. If the group you need is already in the group list, you can skip this step and proceed to the next step.

Add a Group under the "Location" category

If you want to group devices by location, you can use the Location category.

Please follow the steps below to proceed:

1. Click Location.

2. Click Add Location.

3. Enter the group name — it must be a country or a city.

4. Click Add to complete the process.

Add a Group under the "Group" category

If you want to fully customize your own groups, use Group for grouping.

Please follow the steps below to proceed:

1. Click Group.

2. Click Add Group.

3. Enter the group name.

4. Click Add to complete the process.

Add a Group under the "Tag" category

After pairing a new device, Neovo Manager will automatically assign the device’s model as a tag. However, you can still create a custom Tag group based on your own needs.

Please follow the steps below to proceed:

1. Click Tag.

2. Click Add Group.

3. Enter the group name and select a color.

4. Click Add to complete the process.
