Pair a Device

To pair a new device, first open the Neovo Manager app on the device to retrieve the 6-digit PIN code. Then, on the web portal, click the Pair button and enter the PIN code displayed on the screen to add the device.

On the device:

Perform the following actions on your device:

Open the Neovo Manager app.

A pop-up window will display a 6-digit PIN code.

Continue the steps on the web portal to complete the pairing process.

On the Neovo Manager web portal:

Perform the following actions on your Neovo Manager web portal:

Click "Device List" from the left-hand menu.

Click "Pair" at the top.

Enter the PIN code shown on the device screen, then click "Pair".

Enter device information.

On this page, you can enter the device's location and group. This information will be used later to sort devices into groups and help manage them more efficiently.

The new device will appear in the Device List.

Unpair

You can choose to unpair a device either from the device itself or from the web portal.

To unpair from the device:

1. Open the Neovo Manager application on the device.

2. Tap Unpair.

To unpair from the Neovo Manager web portal:

1. Click on Device List from the left menu.

2. Select the device you want to unpair, then tap the Unpair button next to it.
