Monitor Device Status and Display

View Device Status

1. Click Device List to view all connected devices.

2. The status of each paired device will be displayed in the center of the screen.

3. From the device status list, you can perform the following actions:

   1. Monitor the device’s screen and view detailed information.

   2. Check the device status.

   3. Rename the device.

   4. Disconnect the device.

   5. Delete the device.

Devices shown in gray text are currently unpaired. These devices cannot be remotely controlled or renamed — only deletion is allowed.

Device Status

Devices have four status indicators, each represented by a different color:

Status	Description
Green light	The device is online and the screen is on.
Yellow light	The device is online and in backlight mode.
Gray light	The device is online, but the screen status cannot be determined. If you encounter this issue, please contact us at:[e-mail].
Red light	The device is offline

Monitor the device screen and access more detailed information.

Find the device you want to monitor and click Monitor.

This will open the information page for the device.

1. On this page, you can perform the following actions:

   1. Return to the device list.

   2. Refresh the device screen.

   3. Remote Monitoring and Control.

   4. Monitoring the device’s screen.

   5. View Device Details.

   6. Turning Devices On and Off (Sleep Mode).

Remote Monitoring and Control

View the monitor screen content in real time, perform advanced settings and adjustments, with all changes instantly applied to the device.
