Remote Control
Remotely control and adjust display devices through a single platform to ensure system stability and optimal performance.
Open the Remote Control Panel
Click Device List.
Select the device(s) you want to control remotely.
In the dropdown menu on the right control panel, select Device Control.
On this control panel, you can perform the following actions:

If the device you want to control remotely shows a red or yellow light indicator, it means the device is powered off or in sleep mode. Please power on the device to switch the status to green before performing any remote operations.
Adjust the display settings of the device
Click Display Settings to view the current display configuration of the device.
On this page, you can perform the following actions:
Adjust brightness
Adjust volume level
Adjust RGB data
Enable/disable the device’s physical remote control
Enable/disable the physical button controls on the device
Use the sliders to modify the values.

Change the device’s input source
Click Input Source to view the list of available input sources.
Select an option from the list to switch the selected device to that source.

Use the virtual remote control
Click Remote Control to remotely operate the device.
A built-in virtual remote control will appear on the screen.
